From problem to scope: I learn how the business actually runs first, then figure out whether technology is the answer. Small fixes get handled directly. Major work - a new system, a network overhaul, a significant automation build - gets scoped and priced separately, before anything starts. The first conversation and the quote are always free, so there's no cost to find out what's actually involved. Timelines vary by project - I'll give you a realistic one once I understand the scope, not a generic number. Depending on how much certainty you want going in, there are pricing options with and without an outcome guarantee; I'll walk through those when we scope the work. An ongoing technology partnership is a separate, optional relationship for businesses that want that oversight standing rather than project by project.
